Where do I register/manage my domain name?

Scarlet's Web has recently switched to a new registrar to offer domain names.  With this new registrar, we are able to offer cheaper domain renewals and free privacy protection and other add-ons.  If you registered your domain name at scarletsweb.net - you may log in there to manage and renew your domain.  If you do not know your login, you can request that it be sent to you.  Your log in is NOT the same as your hosting account login.  You may also have us switch you to the new registrar (as long as your domain isn't expired yet) which acts as a renewal at the same time.

If you are registered with the new system, you will be able to manage contact information and nameservers for your domains right from the client area.  Your domains will also autorenew once you have paid the system generated invoice.  If you have a card on file, you never have to worry about a domain expiring again!

If you are using advanced features, such as our Manged DNS or Forwarding Service, you will manage those settings at http://domains.scarletsweb.com.  You will have a separate login for that system.  Your user name will be the email address listed on the domain name, and, if you don't have it, you can have the password emailed to that address.
