What happened to the email forwarding add-on?

We still offer email forwarding of domains.  The purpose of this add-on is to forward your domain email if you do NOT have a hosting account.

We stopped offering this service when you purchase a domain because most people were using it incorrectly.

If you have hosting associated with a domain, all email boxes and forwards should be set up on the hosting account.  Setting up forwarding on the domain requires that the nameservers for the domain be set to the forwarding service to work.  This means that your hosting acount (your webiste) won't resolve, because the nameservers are not correctly pointing to our servers.

If you still want the email forwarding service with your domain name registration, please let us know and we will add it free of charge.
