If you cancel your CMS hosting account with Scarlet's Web, you are permitted to take the software, including plugins to a new host.� All templates remain the property of Scarlet's Web LLC.� If you cancel your CMS hosting account, you may not take the template with you unless you pay a licensing fee (currently $79.95 for premium templates and $49 for standard templates).� Any deluxe templates purchased through our online store remain your property and can be moved free of charge.
