Domain Forwarding Service

Scarlet's Web offers simple domain name forwarding for free with every domain purchase.  In order to use domain forwarding, you need to have Managed DNS, which is also free, on the domain.  To add Managed DNS, please open a Help Desk ticket and ask us to add it for you.  Then log into http://domains.scarletsweb.com.  Your user name will be the email address on the domain, and if you don't kow your password, you may request it be sent to you from that page.

Domain forwarding requires that your nameservers be set to the following:

scarletsweb.venus.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.mercury.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.mars.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.earth.orderbox-dns.com

You may set your nameservers through either the client area at scarletsweb.com/clients, or at domains.scarletsweb.com.  Once the nameservers are set, you can add the URL to forward your domain name to.  It's that simple.  Confused?  Open a Help Desk ticket with your information, and we'll be happy to set it all up for you.
