Scarlet's Web offers managed DNS services for free with every domain name. In order to use managed DNS, you need to have the service on the domain name. To add Managed DNS, please open a Help Desk ticket and ask us to add it for you. Then, log into http://domains.scarletsweb.com. Your user name will be the email address on the domain, and if you don't kow your password, you may request it be sent to you from that page.
Managed DNS requires that your nameservers be set to the following:
scarletsweb.venus.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.mercury.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.mars.orderbox-dns.com
scarletsweb.earth.orderbox-dns.com
You may set your nameservers through either the client area at scarletsweb.com/clients, or at domains.scarletsweb.com. Once the nameservers are set, you will have access to advanced DNS settings. It's that simple. Confused? Open a Help Desk ticket with your information, and we'll be happy to help set it up for you.
