The place to change your password is from within the client area. You have flexibility on what you may choose as a password, and you will be able to retrieve it if you ever misplace it.
You may log into your client account at http://www.scarletsweb.com/manage/
Click on "my services", and then "details" next to the applicable hosting account. From that page you will be able to do several things, including changing your password.
