Due to recent hacking attempts on one of our servers, we have implemented some new security measures.
All accounts are now required to verify their email address. If you did not receive an email with a link to verify yours, please open a ticket and we will have it resent.
Some users have had their client area and/or their cpanel passwords changed. If your account was affected, you would have received an email with your new passwords to one or both. Â
We HIGHLY recommend everyone change their passwords regularly to something hard to guess. We also HIGHLY recommend you regularly scan any computers used to access your account for both viruses and malware.
We also REQUIRE that you keep any scripts on your website up to date (especially WordPress). Periodically we check installed version and will force an update if your scripts are several versions out of date.
If you have any questions about any of this, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket. Â
Thank you!
