This notice is to alert you of system maintenance scheduled for Sunday July 24, 2011 between 12AM and 6AM. During regular nightly maintenance, some issues have been discovered with one of the hard drives on machine rona.scarletsweb.com. For quality purposes, we are going to swap the drive with a new one. This will cause between 4 and 6 hours of downtime. This means that while the maintenance is being performed, you will not be able to access your website or email. None of your files or mail will be lost, however.
This maintenance window may change, depending on the time needed to compleat the work, however, we wanted to alert you as soon as possible. Please do not email support stating that your site/email is down during this time. Since our own site will be down during this maintenance, if you need to reach us, please email scarletsweb@gmail.com.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, however, we felt it best to address the issue immediately during weekend hours, rather than wait for the drive to fail. (Because Murphy says that will happen Monday morning at 9AM, right?)
